Duties and Achievements

 

  • Identified projects and opportunities within the private and public sectors for ZEAG’s security brand offering access control, vehicle access control, barriers and surveillance products for commercial and industrial applications.

  • Promoted the brand across a wide variety of industry sectors, successfully increasing brand profile.

  • Created successful marketing strategy with marketing campaign and communications matrix leading to target projects.

  • Made inroads with key specifiers including Foster and Partners and other major architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, major property developers, landlords and major property owners.

  • Presented to senior decision makers and directors, utilising solution-based and consultative sales approaches.

  • Created a business development strategy using Barbour ABI and other intelligence sources to target specific project tenders that would help ZEAG to achieve short, medium and long term goals.

  • Created additional appointments for a team of seven field-based regional sales managers.

  • Took average secured order value from £5,000 to £120,000 within 3 months of starting the project.

  • Biggest win was for £500,000 of access control, vehicle barriers and CCTV made within 2 months of starting the role.

  • Recognised very early for my achievements and results. Consequently promoted to run a highly-visible key department.
