Identified projects and opportunities within the private and public sectors for ZEAG’s security brand offering access control, vehicle access control, barriers and surveillance products for commercial and industrial applications.

Created successful marketing strategy with marketing campaign and communications matrix leading to target projects.

Made inroads with key specifiers including Foster and Partners and other major architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, major property developers, landlords and major property owners.

Created a business development strategy using Barbour ABI and other intelligence sources to target specific project tenders that would help ZEAG to achieve short, medium and long term goals.

Biggest win was for £500,000 of access control, vehicle barriers and CCTV made within 2 months of starting the role.
