Took responsibility of the newly created Operations department and developed it into the operational hub of the company, allowing other departments to concentrate on core competencies.

Responsible for the operational and logistical activities of bringing a new audio visual product to the mass market.

Responsible for all customer contact associated with customer service, logistics and accounts.

Designed several early accessories for the screens, including transportation cases and brackets.

Member of the marketing team representing Fujitsu General and Delphi Information worldwide.

Key clients include BBC, Sky, LIFFE, Fujitsu General, ICL, Bloomberg, Matrix, Channel 4, Regus.
Special Achievements

Researched and sourced components to integrate the first fully functional network-ready personal computer into the plasma screens. Several early bespoke models sold to Fujitsu General.

Author of two published papers on ‘The Future of Plasma Screens’ and ‘PC / Plasma Integration’.
