Creation & Promotion of a Comprehensive Business Growth Programme:

The SALT Business Growth Programme

 

Starting with a solution to the high rates of busness failure and reasons that businesses struggle, the 7 Steps help businesses to perform at the highest possible level.

During the process of developing the course , we identified futher applications for the 7 Step approach.

The  concept works perfectly for the creation of robust startups, and for growing new and established businesses.

 

Further niches that were identified include supporting creative individuals, solopreneurs and social enterprises.

Lead Generation System for Construction:

 

I have developed a robust process and set of tools for that I pass on the companies that rely on selling their products and services into construction projects.  

 

This programme is the result of my experience of lead generation and business development within an engineering and technology company that sells primarilly into new construction and refurbishment projects.  I have been able to take the process of generating large volumes of new leads and sales, that also earned me large volumes of commission and a promotion, and I have now systemised it.

 

This can now be delivered on-site in a single day and includes practical application and live lead generation. 

Change Management

 

Change management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with, and involvement of, the people affected by the changes.

 

Change is not forced on people.  it is designed in full agreement with beneficiaries and stakeholders to facilitate the new conditions that they need in the business.  

Change must be realistic, achievable and measurable. These aspects are especially relevant to managing personal change.

 

Before starting organisational change, ask yourself:

What do we want to achieve with this change, why, and how will we know that the change has been achieved?

Who is affected by this change, and how will they react to it? How much of this change can we achieve ourselves, and what parts of the change do we need help with?

These aspects also relate strongly to the management of personal as well as organisational change.

 

 

Almost every role or project that I have undertaken has needed Change Management in one form or other.  I have delivered Change Management programme to multiple clients and organisations alongside  

Development of a Complete Sales Training / Improvement Programme:

Anatomy of a Sale

 

This is my own programme for evaluating and improving sales skills for individuals.  I use it to help sales teams, individual sales professionals and business owners.

 

It is a complete tool for improving sales performance at every stage and can be measured using multiple methods, including targeted pschometric evaluations.

 

The programme offers opportunities to identify improvments to sales processes and tools to support sales objectives.

 

The Anatomy of a Sale sales training programme is provided as an ongoing training and coaching programme that can be delivered in-house or in conjunction with resident sales managers and business owners.

The flexibility that the programme offers means that it can be targeted at the learners ability level in each area of activity and used to produce the required increase with directly measurable results.

 

 

This programme was used to great effect to bring 5 seperate sales divisions of the Carrington Blake Group to target for the first time in their history.  It was delivered in-house and on a full-time basis as part of my role as interim Sales Director for the group. 

Business Development Programme for High Performance Results:

The Buyer Journey - Combining The Effectiveness of Marketing and Sales

 

This step by step business development guide takes you through the stages that are necessary to intruduce a new company, product or service to an unaware market and progress through the necassary marketing and sales activities to create a pipeline of interest and guide them towards the completion of sales.

 

This is delivered as a programme that is applied to a live campaign for maximum impact, integration, momentum, measurement and benefit.

Branch Performance Improvement Programme:

Lloyds Pharmacy Group

 

I originally approached Lloyds with a view to deliver a a customer-focused retail sales and customer service pilot programme.   I proposed including resource and personnel management training and support for the phamacist and pharmacy managers.  

The challenge was to turn a branch in Surrey into one of the best performing within 3 months, by tackling the common issues that afflict braches of large pharmacy chains and to increase sales.

This dovetailed with a several initiatives that Lloyds were interested in rolling out and could be integrated into the project.

Due to the success in every performance area that the programme targeted, this turned into much larger project as Lloyds expanded the scope of the project to include many more branches and lasted over 18 months.

 

The programme was eventually rolled out to all of Lloyds Uk branches and branded as the Plus1 programme due to the ability to identify and increase additional sales.
