Duties and Achievements

Hired to develop the sales capabilities for 5 of the group’s divisions, incorporating Media and Marketing, Accountancy, Payroll, IT Services and insurance brokerage sales teams. Responsible for hiring and managing team members.

Developed a full training program designed to address every part of the sales cycle, drawing on many disciplines.

Structured the business development cycle to support the strong delivery of results from the sales teams.

I deliver training to the team as part of a new ongoing performance management and improvement programme.

Developed performance monitoring and measurement regime to target areas for improvement through coaching.

Introduced new pricing models for 2 divisions which resulted in increased sales and a shorter average sales cycles.
