Duties and Achievements

 

·     Researched and analysed the market, conditions and competition before creating a new company and brand with associated peripheral support services to cater to overseas property buyers and investors with a full turn-key service.

·     Successfully sold the brand and range of marketing services to selected property developers across Cyprus.

·     Managed, trained and developed the sales teams within our offices, call centres and field-based. 

  • Designed and implemented a very successful after-sales process for customer care that resulted in an average 3:1 referral sales ratio to each direct sale generated from advertising activities.

  • Secured a valuable partnership agreement with First Choice holidays that allowed BOC market ourselves directly to their holiday makers, backed by First Choice’s recommendation and the assistance of their local reps.

  • Incrementally drove up sales across 24 months of highly successful commercial operation.

  • FY 2003 – Achieved sales of £13m against £10m target.

  • FY 2004 – Achieved £200m against £50m target.

 

Company valued at £2.6m within 2 years of start-up, based on value of assets, contracts and market share.

Exited the business through selling 52% shareholding to new investors and remaining partners.
