· Researched and analysed the market, conditions and competition before creating a new company and brand with associated peripheral support services to cater to overseas property buyers and investors with a full turn-key service.
· Successfully sold the brand and range of marketing services to selected property developers across Cyprus.
· Managed, trained and developed the sales teams within our offices, call centres and field-based.

Designed and implemented a very successful after-sales process for customer care that resulted in an average 3:1 referral sales ratio to each direct sale generated from advertising activities.

Secured a valuable partnership agreement with First Choice holidays that allowed BOC market ourselves directly to their holiday makers, backed by First Choice’s recommendation and the assistance of their local reps.

Incrementally drove up sales across 24 months of highly successful commercial operation.
