Headhunted to the No.2 position of Corporate Sales Manager with succession planning for the CEO position in mind.

Tasked with creating a new corporate sales department and promoting the training brand to new corporate clients.

Developing relationships with key clients with a view to creating opportunities for cooperation.

Provided leadership and mentoring to existing sales team with a view to developing internal talent.

Liaised with trainers and clients to design training responses based on client interviews, organisational needs analysis, compliance needs, HR and L&D requirements and skills audits.

On target to achieve £4m in sales against £2m annual target at the time I left the company.
Successfully sold high value training services from initial contact through to proposal and presentation to high-value organisations including:
