The attraction of consultancy as a career first struck me while Head of Sales and Training at Atlas International. The ability to help many different organisations with specific needs and defined results in mind, appealed to many of my insticts and values.
I have reached a level of competency and understanding that allowed me to identify critical issues and formulate a complete response produce the conditions for better results.
The experience that I had built up covers almost every scenario that can arise in a small or medium sized organisation.
